Millions are a bunch of young garage-pop marvels outta Brisbane. Barely six months old but brimming with enthusiasm, Millions have already shared stages with the likes of The Grates, Bleeding Knees Club and Gold Fields.
They were also hand-picked by Triple J Unearthed to open the main stage of 2011′s Splendour In The Grass festival at Woodford.
Featuring ex-members of Comic Sans, Moonfleet and Stature::Statue, the four members of Millions came together in early 2011 through a shared love of swaggering rock and a devil-may-care attitude.
Infused with that ethos, their debut song “Those Girls” has already received healthy attention from Triple J and public radio, and is the first taste of Millions’ debut EP due in November 2011.
“Those Girls” was recorded and mixed by Cameron Smith at Incremental Studios, Brisbane.
Millions will be hitting the road extensively in the lead-up to the EP’s release. Get ready to get excited.
